Dashboard & cards

At session end, the Phal Card reflects the result: files changed (and how many were tests), which validations were detected, and a readiness level — from Informational through Needs Review to High Risk. It’s task-aware: a docs change isn’t judged for missing tests.

A calm, read-only mirror of your practice:

  • At a glance — your self-comparative Karma trend (it stays a quiet “forming” note until you have a few sessions).
  • Validation consistency — a contribution-graph-style strip of recent sessions.
  • Heatmap — where you validate (task type × validation).
  • High-risk watchlist — sessions worth revisiting.
  • Why did my Karma move? — an honest diff of what changed since last time.

Generate a Karma Card — a printable/shareable certificate of your validation practice (e.g. “Luminous Validator — I write with AI, and I verify every line”), with your validation rate, best streak, and Karma. It’s generated 100% locally.

The same card engine powers the web Validation Dojo — earn a card there, then make it real in your editor.
